Federal Missing Duck Notice

The following Kevins have been reported as missing and their whereabouts are currently unknown to the Registry. These cases are being actively investigated by the Division of Waterfowl Recovery Operations (DWRO). All citizens are federally obligated to report sightings. Obstruction of a Kevin recovery operation is a Class B misdemeanor. Failure to remain calm is not currently a misdemeanor, but we are exploring options.

Distinguishing Features Red caruncle on face. Unusually direct eye contact. Slight swagger.

Distinguishing Features All white. Very large. Makes intense and sustained eye contact while eating. The witnesses are still in therapy.
